Oozing

Seeping

Pouring out of me

Overflowing wth love

An integration of pain and gratitude

Labor and Birth

Hurt and Protection

Confusion and Peace

I want to grasp it

This feeling

Suffocate it with knowing

And validation

Consume the goodness of synchronicity

But my Heart

Beating with my soul

Has boundaries with these present moments

Tied together by fate

My Heart knows to relish in them while they are here

Without holding on too long,

Lest to kill the moment with egoic attachment

And fear of pending doom

Connecting with my heart sets me free

Mindful liberation

Blissful Gratitude
