Have you ever been super excited at the beginning of the year when you first set your New Year’s goals and then by mid-year you’re completely off track and nowhere near where you want to be?

By the end of this video, You’ll know how to stay on track with your 2022 goals so that you can manifest with ease.

These techniques I’m going to share with you today have helped so many of my clients and Dream Life Academy and I can’t wait to share them with you.

Okay so let’s jump right into these tips!

ONE: The first thing I want you to do is to break down your goals by quarters and use a planner to help you stay on track.

If you’re one of those girls or guys that just uses a digital calendar to plan out your life, you are leaving goals on the table so to speak.

Using a paper planner is going to help you get everything out of your head and make sure that you have a system for staying on track with your yearly goals.

I recommend setting SMART goals that lead into your larger yearly goals. And then using your planner you can break down these SMART goals each quarter.

And if you’re not familiar with SMART goals that just stands for specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely.  This helps you be very clear and specific about the actions that you need to take throughout the year in order to reach your goals.

According to Business Insider, one of the biggest reasons people fail to keep their New Year’s resolutions is because they’re not specific enough. As therapist Johnathan advised, “It’s easier to drop out or walk away when you set goals or resolutions that are vague.” 

And more importantly once you have these specific goals, it is important for you to take actions and do your part in the manifestation co-creation process.

TWO: Review your goals at pivotal milestones.

So at the end of each quarter each month, each week, and every day I want you to take a look at your goals and you how things have been going for you.

So many people fall off track with yearly goals simply because they’re not staying in touch with them throughout the year.

This allows you to be flexible and prioritize different actions end different time frames for instance some smart goals may be more important 1 quarter than the next quarter depending on the season you’re in your life. So again I like to set goals for not only the larger year but for each quarter, each month, each week, and every day. And having a paper planner is going to make all of this much easier.

THREE: Track your progress along the way and reward yourself for staying on track.

This is a nice little hack that is going to help your brain stay aligned with what it is that you want and offer yourself positive reinforcement that’s going to help you stay motivated to keep going.

I love the feeling I get at the end of the day when I track my progress on my goals.

It’s an opportunity to pat myself on the back or its a moment for a learning lesson when I investigate what got in the way of doing what I wanted to do.

FOUR: Infuse accountability into your manifestation process.

Accountability help says stay honest with our goals and also stay motivated to continue.

We’re social creatures. So if you add in accountability by doing things like telling a friend or getting a workout buddy if you have a goal to lose weight, this is going to automatically help you stay on track with your goals.

Some other ways to infuse accountability into your manifestation process include:

  • Telling your social media followers about your goal
  • Adding a financial commitment such as joining a gym or investing in a course
  • Joining groups with similar goals
