    1. Define how you would like to feel 
    2. As Maya Angelou said, ask for what you want and be prepared to get it.

  2. LAW OF ATTRACTION TENET: Our vibration is our point of attractionPrioritize vibrating high to attract more feelings of joy 

    1. Positive thinking
    2. Positive self-talk
    3. Joyful and meaningful behaviors
      1. This will allow you to align with your Inner Being
      2. “As you say over and over again, “I want to feel good, your Inner Being will whisper in your ear: “Go here. Go there. Look at this book. Throw this email away. Watch this television program, don’t watch that one. Listen to this song, don’t listen to that song.” Your inner being will guide you step by step, segment by segment, moment by moment, if you will tap into the Universe with this important key: The only thing that matters is that I feel good” – Abraham Hicks

  3. LAW OF ATTRACTION TENET: Like attracts like

    1. Forget about avoiding what you don’t want and focus on attracting more of what you do want
  4. LAW OF ATTRACTION TENET:Like attracts like

    1. Watch downstream language like judging, blaming, and complaining
  5. LAW OF ATTRACTION TENET: You are the creator of your experience

    1. Take actions that will empower to cope in the face of depression and anxiety and move you towards what you would like to attract 
      1. Relaxation techniques
      2. Thought exercises
      3. Mindfulness and Meditation
      4. Therapy
    1. LAW OF ATTRACTION TENET: Believe

      1. Overcome limiting beliefs
