STOP JUMPING AND START DIGGING

Human nature seeks the simplest solution as an innate survival mechanism that helped our ancestors save time assessing solutions and hence survive. In our world, the easiest solution and inherited coping is not always the answer. This is where mindfulness is key in our lives. Elevating our consciousness and evaluating how we are surviving is essential to living a healthy life. Many times in this race of life, it can be easy to fall into auto pilot. I challenge you to take time to take stock of your actions, coping styles, and even relationships. Instead of jumping from one task to another; one event to another; one addiction to another; but start DIGGING inside your soul to connect what you really need in this moment in life. Dig and ask yourself if the choices you are making are feeding or starving your purpose. Dig deep and take a break from jumping.
