Let’s jump right in!

First off, we attract what we want based on how we feel AKA our vibration. Vibration is just a new age word for mood. If we feel good we are positively creating and we feel negative emotions that is direct signal from our inner Spirit that we are negatively creating and moving away from what we would like to manifest.

ONE: Good Mood Habits

When it comes to maintaining a high vibe, good mood habits are the cheat sheet. 

Here are three areas to cultivate healthy habits in order to vibrate higher. 

  • Good Mood Food – avoid foods that bring down our vibe like processed foods and excess carbs. Instead focus on foods that elevate your energy like fresh berries, green leafy vegetables, nuts, sprouts and whole foods in general. I myself am trying to be more intentional about getting back to my healthy habits of eating now that I am postpartum and it has been so helpful
  • Healthy Sleep habits – aim to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Consistent good sleep has tremendous positive effects on our mood.
  • Movement – incorporate mindful movement and exercise into your life. The serotonin and dopamine boost with help elevate your mood and vibration. 

 

TWO: Work with an expert to shift your mindset

Abraham Hicks said, “What you think about activates a vibration within you.” Our thoughts directly impact our vibration. And sometimes we need an outsider to help us shift our mindsets.

Working with an outside coach or therapist will help you see issues that you aren’t able to see. And their expertise will give the tools to overcome these issues. 

If you’re using the excuse that you don’t have enough money to invest in a coach or therapist – I would say to you that you actually can’t afford not to invest in your happiness. It is the center of everything you attract into your life and you are certainly worth the investment. 

 

THREE: Be intentional about your. 

I want you to actually schedule things that bring you joy into your calendar and intentionally make plans to feel good.

But I suggest brainstorming things that bring you joy and intentionally find ways to incorporate them into your daily life either through routines or scheduling.
